Bylaws and Minutes

INBA is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in the State of Illinois.  We are governed by a set of bylaws, which can be downloaded in Adobe PDF format here. 

We also maintain minutes for both general membership meetings and meetings of the Board of Directors.  Past minutes for meetings are typically approved at the next meeting of the group.  Minutes which are pending approval are noted as such.
